Hi. I'm Andrea.
I bring over 30 years of senior public‑sector leadership experience, shaped by a belief that has guided me throughout my career: people thrive when they’re supported to be their best.
I’ve built and led high‑performing teams — both in person and remotely — and have supported them through everything from routine operations to critical incidents, conflict, organisational change and personal crisis.
My leadership style is grounded in real life as much as professional experience. I’m married with two sons and also care for family members, and these parts of my life have shaped my empathy, resilience and understanding of what people need to feel valued, supported and able to grow.
Helping others unlock their potential is what energises me. I’m passionate about seeing people succeed at home and excel at work, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting personal growth, professional development and meaningful progress. This commitment led me to qualify as a Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM), alongside training in suicide awareness, enabling me to support individuals with both skill and sensitivity.
I’ve developed a proven, yet adaptable, coaching‑for‑leadership programme, suitable for all audiences and organisational needs.
As a Clarity 4D business partner, I help individuals, teams and leaders build deeper self‑awareness, appreciate the value of diverse strengths and work more effectively together. My work strengthens communication, enhances relationships and supports collaborative, high‑performing cultures.
Wellbeing, welfare and inclusion sit at the heart of everything I do. I’m a strong advocate for creating environments where people feel safe, respected and able to thrive. This commitment extends beyond my coaching practice — I created an ambassador network of mentors across the North West to increase diversity and support individuals within armed policing, championing representation and belonging in challenging environments.
Across every role I’ve held, my purpose has remained the same: to help people grow with confidence, lead with authenticity and bring out the best in themselves and others
